 If you are not satisfied with your purchase at www.clickstrends.com, you can return your unused item in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt with your original invoice. All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. Once we receive the item we will credit your amount into your account for the full purchase price minus the Cost of Shipping (this will apply to the items in Deal of FREE SHIPPING throughout USA as well). Credits will be done only once the item/s are received by us. In any condition Shipping Charges are non-refundable. 

Note: Any kind of  Jewelry and Fragrances are not Eligible for Return or Exchange.

 Clicks Trends will accept items for Exchange (Not Customized Items), that are New Condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by customer. For an exchange inform us at sales@clickstrends.com about your required item, mail out the item on above given address within 07 Days from the receipt of original order. Items can not be returned or exchanged after 07 days of reciept. Items must be returned with all of Clicks Trends Tags still attached and must be in it's original packaging/ condition.

In case of an exchange, customer have to pay both side of shipping charges and other charges (customs, etc.) if any.
