 If you are not satisfied with your purchase from www.clickstrends.com, you can return your unused item in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt, along with your original invoice. All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. Once we receive the item, we will credit your amount into your account with the full purchase price minus the Cost of Shipping (this will apply to the items in the Deal of FREE SHIPPING throughout the USA as well). Credits will be done only once the item/s are received by us. In any condition, Shipping Charges are non-refundable. 

Note: Any kind of  Jewelry and Fragrances are not Eligible for Return or Exchange. 

 Clicks Trends will accept items for Exchange (Not Customized Items that are in New Condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of customer damage. For an exchange, inform us at clicks.trend@gmail.com about the item you require, and mail the item to the address above within 07 days of receipt of the original order. Items can not be returned or exchanged after 07 days of receipt. Items must be returned with all of Clicks Trends Tags still attached and must be in its original packaging/ condition.

In case of an exchange, customers have to pay both sides of shipping charges and other charges (customs, etc.) if any.
